how can I create multiple tasks in a pre-arranged sequence? For example,
upon a sale to a new customers, multiple things needs to be done at
pre-arranged intervals from the start date. How can I create a "global"
sequence of tasks, that will automatically create the individual tasks for
every new customer?

Thanks

What you describe is a CRM function and not in Outlook. Have a look at
all the Outlook add-ins that do CRM. There are many - search on outlook and
crm.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field

Can you recommend an inexpensive one? My need is pretty narrow, so a full
blown CRM system is not required.
