Creating MDE in 2002 format

Guest

I created an Access Database in 2002 Format. I have the Access Developers
Kit 2003. I need to save the .mdb file in .mde format, but the user only has
Access 2000 and cannot read it. Any suggestions?

Save the database in Access 2000 format (this should be the default anyway),
and try to create the MDE from that. If that does not work, make sure the
mdb is in Access 2000 format and open (check for errors) and create the MDE
on the Access 2000 computer, but the first method should work fine.

No, first method doesn't work.
You only can make MDEs in corresponding version

A2000 is necessary to make a A2000 MDE.
