Creating Maps

Hi

I want to create an image using PP of a simple world map and colour in the
countried with my business has offices. Does anyone know of any templates
etc or website where I might download a map which could make this job as
simple as possible. My alternative plan is to create a map myself tracing the
country outlines using a freeform line and then colouring in the relevant
parts.
