Creating MailEnabled Distribution groups using System.DirectoryServices

Hello,

I would like to know is there anyway that I can create a
MailEnabled Universal Distribution group (UDG) in Active
Directory using System.DirectoryServices.

I'm trying to create using VB and CDOEXM is required to
create mail enabled UDG. I just wanted to know is there
any way using System.DirectoryServices in .Net framework.
