creating macos on outlook 2000

I am trying to create a keystroke in Outlook that would
automatically type our new name and email address.
HELP........I can not figure out how to do it!!

You might check out Signatures. May not do exactly what
you want, but maybe close.

Tools - Options - Mail format - Signatures

This will automatically add some text to new emails and
replies and forwards.
