Creating Interactive Buttons

I am having trouble creating new interactive buttons.
When I preview the button in FP2003, it works fine. When I
publish it to the web, I get a run time error on one
machine and on another machine, the hover doesn't work.
Any ideas?
 
You can not use Interactive buttons in Shared Borders or Include pages
- Interactive buttons add scripts to the HEAD Section and BODY tag of your page
- Shared Borders or Include pages only include the content inside of the BODY tags

Use the new Dynamic Web Templates instead of Shared Borders or Include pages
- note: automatic updates of changes to DWT is currently limited to Disc Based Webs and WSS
