Creating IF with OR

First, thank you for the help.
I have this formula
=IF(OR(ISBLANK($A3),($A3<>Sheet1!$A$3:$A$9370)),"",OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$3,MATCH(Sheet2!A3,Sheet1!$A$3:$A$9370,0)-1,1,-1,-1))
and what I want to do is, if A3 is not found in Sheet1!$A$3:$A$9370 I want
the cell to be blank, if it does find it I want the data filled in. What
happens is the result is always blank. Did I over look something?

TIA
Joe

Joe,

=IF(OR(ISBLANK($A3),ISERROR(MATCH($A3,Sheet1!$A$3:$A$9370,FALSE))),"",OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$3,MATCH(Sheet2!A3,Sheet1!$A$3:$A$9370,0)-1,1,-1,-1))
