Creating gauges using data in Excel.

Can anyone tell me how to take data in Excel and create a
gauge graphic?

This is like a fuel gauge in a car. The capacity is 32
gallons and the amount in the tank is 15 gallons. Can I
create a gauge graphic to show the results?
