hi

I need to know how to create and amend forms in word 2007. In 2003 and
previous versions i could do this by going to toolbars and selecting forms.

and previous versions i could do this by going to toolbars and
selecting forms.

Go to Office button > Word Options > Popular and check the option to "Show
Developer tab in the Ribbon".

On the Developer tab of the ribbon, in the Controls group, click the Legacy
Tools button. The form tools are the top row in the dropdown. The Protect
Document button is further to the right on the Developer tab, and also
appears in the Review tab.

The lock icon isn't on the ribbon but can be added to the Quick Access
Toolbar. In the Customize dialog, choose the "Commands Not in the Ribbon"
category and then choose the Lock command to add to the toolbar.
