creating email message using a field in access database as the 'to

can i (without exporting from access into a contact list) create an email
message extracting a field from an access database and inserting it into the
to: field of the message?
I want to email from my access database WITHOUT exporting to a contact list
and having the user maintain 2 lists... i thought of using a contact list
with a front end link table to maintain it from access but we share data and
it gets sticky with user rights and profiles etc doing it that way...
