We use a lot of different word documents within our projects. All documents
list common project data, like a project number and description. When we
start a new project we usually copy all the old files and update all the
common data manually. I am trying to automate some of this, and I think I
would like to use document property fields. I have created custom doc
properties for this data so that when we copy the files all we have to do is
update the properties of each file, and every reference within the document
will automatically update. Is there a quick way to create these same document
properties in all the other files?
