Creating Distubution List

Few questions:

If I create a distribution list and then receive a new email address for one
of the contacts, if I update the contact, is the email address in the
distribution list automatically updated?

When selecting members for distribution lists, the list shows SMTP & FAX.
is there a way to just show 1 email address only for each contact.

Can you create distribution lists from selected contacts.

I don't think so.

Yes. Either don't put any number in the FAX field or preceed the number
with a string like "F" or "FAX" so that Outlook doesn't see it as a valid
number. FAX numbers are perfectly legitimate electronic addresses, as far
as Outlook is concerned.

I don't think so, but of you create a new DL, you can select as many
contacts as you wish in Add Members (using Shift-Click or Ctrl-Click) and
then add them all at once with the Members button.
