Creating customer input forms

I'm VERY new to Access. Can I use Access to create a template form that I can
post on a web or SharePoint site that will allow customers to fill in the
fields, email the completed form to me, and leave the template form intact
for the next customer; or... should I use a different program/tool to do this?

Access is a database application. Users could fill in the fields and you
could have the data added to your database, but it is not designed to
provide a "document" that the user can fill in and email.

For that, you'd need to use Excel or Word.
