creating color map

Hi,

I would like to illustrate an Excel chart with a color map.
Columns would be X value
Lines would be Y values
Content of the cells would be color temperature (0=blue 100=red).

Is there any software to generate that kind of map ?
Perhaps an Excel ad-on ?
Perhaps an Excel function I don't know ?

Hi,

I'm not sure what you are looking for but Excel charts include a chart type
called Surface, two of which might meet your needs.
