I'm trying to figure out the best way to make a call lists using contacts in
my outlook. I would like to be able to create a task list, but be able to
print the task list and have it automatically includes my contact's name,
number, and notes I've already made. Is this possible?

I can get my contact lists to show and print as I want, but I want to be able
to create call lists from that.

For example, let's say I have 2-300 leads I have input into my contacts. i
want to call twenty of those tomorrow. I want to be able to create a task
list that is quick to create, and will print with all the info I need to make
the dials if I'm not at the computer at that moment. I don't want to have to
manually enter numbers, I want to the contact info to pull over and populate,
instead of just having the contacts attachment there. You can add a column
for phone number on the task list, but it does not pull over from the contact
that you start the task from.

Then you need to clarify what you want to do. Just what is it you want this
list to do than other present you with the names and numbers? Why would you
have to enter any numbers manually?

Try dragging the contacts to the tasks folder to create the tasks (right
click, drag to the task folder and choose new task with text). This will put
the contacts name in the subject field and the phone # and notes will be in
the task body.

That was very helpful thank you. I right click drag the contact to the task folder and it sets up a daily call list, altering the start and due dates I can do weekly etc...! I appreciate it.
