Creating bi-fold directory report

I'm sure others have probably asked this question, but I'm not sure how
anyone else would describe it, so I'm having trouble searching for other
threads. So I apologize if this is a repeat topic.

I need to create an 8.5x11" bi-fold report , stapled in the middle, with
alphabetical listings on both sides of each page. Is there a sorting option
in Access that will automatically print the records in the correct order so
that I don't have to sit down and manually assign which ones go on the backs
of which pages? I hope I am being clear.
 
Nothing built into Access to do that, but I believe I've heard of
third-party products that are capable of that. Unfortunately, I don't
remember the names.
