Creating another Contact Folder

I want to create another contact folder all together, not add a new contact. How can I do this? I want to keep one set of contacts as personal, but put another "Contact" folder on a public drive with business contacts.

Thanks, I figured out that for the "folder contains" you must choose contacts. Thanks.
