Creating an XP Install CD

My XP Home edition came preloaded on my Compaq Presario. There's a
secondary partition (my D drive) that is used for recovering installed OS
and programs. I've also created a set of recovery CD's (all 7 of them).
What I'm wondering is, is there a way to create a Win XP installation CD Rom
from what's in my recovery partition without having to use 7 CD. Kinda like
what you'd buy in a store. Basically, if I wanted to re-format my hard
drive, I"d like to be able to put Windows XP and Windows XP alone back on
and then selectivly install my own software instead of having a recovery
process do it without presenting any options or alternatives.

There is no way to do that, sorry. The only way to use them is how Compaq
provide them.

Look foo a flolder calld i386. There may be an WinXP install file set.
