creating an address data base

I run a small Business and i currently invoice using an exce
spreadsheet. I would like to create an address data base to use with m
spreadsheet, this way i can select the invoicee and their details wit
out retyping all the information.

Greetings,

The fast way to get you started would be, in sheet on the very firs
type in your Headers sample A1 would be "First_Name", B1 would b
"Last_Name" C1 would be "Address1" in order for this to work you ca
have spaces in your title / headers.

Once you comple your list of field goto menu bar under DATA / an
select Form and press ok this will allow to add, delete and modify you
list of clients.
