creating an account

i am trying to send emails with windows live anddo not know how to create an
email account when i use yahoo the message says error could not send and my
hotmail account wont do iteither.

US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no POP
access. Windows Mail does not handle webmail.
There are three possible solutions:

1. How did you access Yahoo mail before? If you are happy with
webmail via your browser, you can continue to use that.

2. Pay Yahoo to get their premium "Mail Plus" service:

and use the special settings for that service:

3. Another option is called YPOPs. It is free, but requires some technical
knowledge to implement:

As for Hotmail, same story. The free Hotmail accounts don't have POP access.
However, if you upgrade to the newer Windows Live Mail, that *does* support
Hotmail accounts:
