I'm an administrative assistant in the IT Dept. at my
company and I've been asked to create a database to track
IT Support calls from within the organization. Any
suggestions?

Where can I find info on these things?

I'd probably start with a Google search.

Do a whole lot of Google searches for sample Access
databases. You can also search the Microsoft Office sites
to see if there are any sample databases that are close to
what you want, and then use them as a template.
