creating a wizard disk

the files and settings transfer wizard lists the option of creating a wizard disk but does not allow me to chose it (the choice is listed but not highlighted)... how can I make this an option that I can chose? without it, I am hamstrung XP came preloaded thus I have no disk
thanks in advance for your help.
 
You dont need the xp cd for file/transfer.Open the utilty,select,old computer
browse for folder,browse for a folder you already created on desktop,then afte
the data is in new folder,transfer to a cd.
