Creating a Web Site Programmatically

Hi all:

Anybody knows how can I create a new web site in IIS with ADSI (or other
way) with parameters like Host Header Name, Port, Home Directory Path,
Description
I know how can I add a Virtual Folder with ADSI but I think this is not
the same way
