Hi

Does anybody know, how to create a shortcut to a
workgroup-view-window in Windows Explorer

Or does anybody know, how to specify a Path to a
Workgroup?

If I understand you correctly, MVP Doug Knox mentioned this trick:
open my network places>scroll down to workgroup name. Open my network
places again, (two explorer windows are opened) and drag the workgroup
from the first window to the second window. Close and it should be
listed beneath the default icons.
