Hi
We have a situation here where I have been asked to perform an action
on
specific emails send outside from the a user mailbox.

All emails going outside to a particular domain (example: @yahoo.com)
should make a copy(redirect) to (other local mail box).

I have NEVER created a custom action before and don't have a clue how
to do
this...

Also, Is this action can be created from the mail server (by mail
server administrator)?

Thanks, Sammy

Look at your rules wizard for help with this.

If you want this to be invisible to the end-user, you'd need to provide more
info on your mail server.
