Creating a report with .jpg files in it

I need to create a report to document equipment performance that will include
the usual columns with text information. I wish to include .jpg screen caps
in the report. I would like to use a hyperlink but I want to make sure that
the spreadsheet and the .jpg files cannot be separated from each other so the
report can be handled by others and bundled into a larger report (covering
info from the entire project) without danger that the .jpg files will be
separated from the sheet, thus rendering the hyperlink invalid. Can this be
done?
