Creating a Reminder

When I send an email, is there a way to create an automatic reminder, asking
if I received a reply or some event has occurred, for specific emails?
 
Click on the flag in your email toolbar. Write a reminder notice and select
the date and time to remind you. When that date/time arrives or as soon as
you login afterward, your reminder notice will pop up (like a calendar
meeting notice) and allow you to open the email in which your flag was set.
