Creating a PPT file from a Web Site - Can it be done?

Does anything exist which would allow me to create a PPT file on the fly from
a web site? I know I can create an rudimentary Excel spreadsheet by using
Application/vnd.ms-excel and building a TABLE, but is there any way to build
a downloadable PPT file on the fly (incorporating data from an ORACLE
database - I can do this part), complete with drawing objects? Thanks. Dave

You can perhaps create the .pptx XML file. The format is spec'd out at
