creating a new user and accessing secure sites

i'm using the default administrator account (which i've renamed to my name),
i added my wife's account (with admin priviliges) and when she tries to
access internet using her account, sites open well, but when she tries to
access secure sites (hotmail or yahoo), after the login page, i put the
username & password, the page goes blank & nothing opens, even if i try to
open google.com. i tried the security & cookie settings but didn't help.
i even made another user account with admin priviliges & the same problem
again.

please help.

Hi Anton,

Thanks for the help, tried both of your suggestions, but didn't solve the
problem.

In one of the site there are option to check & restore original Windows
System Files "sfc/scannow", I tried running this command in my wife's account
(which is also an Administrator account), it says this command can be run by
administrators only. When I checked that account in User Accounts, it gives
information that this account belongs to Administrators.

However, I'm still in dark & cannot open Hotmail or yahoo in that account.

Please help !!
