Creating a New Default in Organization Chart

Our company uses a standard format (including box size and
line thickness) in the Organizational Charts. However in
PowerPoint 2002, I've only been able to find Microsoft's
preset defaults. Is there a way I can create a company
default style that will automatically appear when creating
a new organizational chart or adding a new subordinate or
co-worker to an existing org chart?

Wow, I don't know for sure. Never thought about it.

You might try seeing if turning the autolayouts option off on the Org
Chart toolbar allows you to do this.
