I am trying to come up with a way to streamline the way in which I draft a
letter to a client.
When I draft a letter, there are up to twelve different standard paragraphs
that will feature in the letter. Some letters will have more paragraphs than
others, and there will be a different combination of standard paragraphs in
any given letter. This makes it impractical to create a series of templates.
The ideal would be for me to be able to launch a document and then select,
from a menu of choices, the specific paragraphs which I would like to insert.
I realise that I could have another document open and merely cut and paste
the paragraphs which I need, but I was wondering whether there might be a
more elegant solution than this. I thought I would ask the experts!
