Creating a Macro that will insert a sentence when typing PCM

Hello,

I need to find out exactly how I can create a Macros that will insert the
phrace "Please cal me if you have any questions" upon typing PCM. I tried it
a million different ways but when I go into recording a Macros, it does not
allow me to type PCM. PLEASE HELP.
 
It would be easier to use AutoText to input the phrase. Type out the phrase,
highlight it, then go to the menu Insert...AutoText...New. A little box will
come up asking you to name your AutoText entry. Type pcm into the box, then
click OK. Then whenever you want to enter the phrase into your work, just
type pcm then hit the F3 key...the phrase will be entered at the cursor. I
generally type my entry names in lower case, so I don't have to bother with
the shift key. Hope this helps!
 
You could also make it an autocorrect. Simply click on Tools | Autocorrect
Options and type in PCM and then Please call me. Then all you have to do is
type PCM and it will appear for you. I hope this has been helpful to you.
