Creating a link from one workbook to another

Is there a way to create a link or button in one spreadsheet that when
clicked on will take you to specified cells in another workbook within the
same file?
 
Maybe you could just use insert|Hyperlink

(Or assign the hyperlink to the button/shape itself)
