Creating a HTML email in outlook

Hi everyone!

I need help! I'm trying to write an email and for what I'm doing it needs
to be in HTML. I have the HTML code all worked out but now I have no idea
how to send it!

I've checked everywhere and can't seem to find what I'm sure is plain as the
nose on my face!

How do I turn my HTML code into an email?
