Creating a General Log / Journal

I work at a Group Home. Currently, we have a 'general log' into which Staff
hand write entries about various activities (i.e. resident behaviours, phone
calls, general info, med changes, etc). There are about 75 entries daily.
The time of the entry is recorded, as are the initials of the person writing
the entry and those of the Staff member to whom the entry will be most
pertinent.

I would like to convert this hand written log to an 'electronic' version and
add it to the Access data base I have begun ... but I don't want to re-invent
the wheel.

Do you folks know if any of your members have something "in-stock" that I
could re-work to our needs? It would sure help.

Thanks!

Have you looked at the available templates that come with Access and/or are
available at the Microsoft website?

Open Access and go to View >>> Toolbars >>> Task Pane, then select
Templates.
