Creating a Form with information from multiple tables

I need to create a form on which several fields feed data into different
tables.

I would like to do this without queries or macros. This form's use or
duplication must be as transparent as possible as those using the database
have no Access knowledge.

You can hide queries and macros.

In any case you can do want you want, but you need to establish the
relationships.

I could be wrong but my understanding is that the only way to do that is to
set up a separate form to feed into each table, then create a switchboard
form to smoothly transfer from one form to the next.

Hopefully someone who knows more can verify or nullify this statement.
