Can a web form populate Access table? If yes, how is that done?

I have limited knowledge of Access. I understand macros and have built
several databases. However, I've been asked to develop a way that someone
could complete a form on the internet and then have this information feed
into an Access table. Is that possible, if yes, what's my next step in
learning how this process can be done?
