Creating a drop down menu

I need to create a drop down menu that the choices can be hyperlinked to take the customer to that pag
Example: Catageory Stamps: Drop down menu would have several choices of different types of stamps like Baby, Holiday etc, and when they highlight their choice it will take them to that page. Is this possible in "Front Page?
