I plan on buying a PDA for work very soon and I am using my pc at th
moment to create a spreadsheet that has a number of rows within
column that each should have a drop down box to select a price. I wan
the prices to be different and I dont know visual basic at all and
don't want the excel file to be too big as the pda can only handle s
much. I also want to create a check box where i can use the stylus pe
and literally tick that the stock is there and put a x where it is no
with the pen...any suggestions please .........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

in the attachment the blue is for the price and the red is for th
check boxe

Better check what the capabilities of pocket excel are. Pocket excel and
excel are two completely different products (like outlook and outlook
express). Pocket excel has pretty limited capabilities. I doubt it
supports data validation which it appears you are describing or controls on
the worksheet.
