I am trying to created a massive distribution list on my computer at work and
this message came up.

"This distribution list has reached the maximum size for your network e-mail
server. No New members could be added."

I am meant to have full privileges, but noone in my office can do this.
Please help. We re a small charity so IT is done by ourselves.

thanks,

Looks like you'd need to create multiple distribution lists.

Create multilple distribution lists, then create a single master one that
conatains each of the one you just created.

Hope this helps.

Posted 'as is'. If there are any spelling and/or grammar mistakes, they
were a direct result of my fingers and brain not being synchronized or my
lack of caffeine.

Instead of creating a distribution list in Outlook, you should be using a
mailing list. Check with your IT people about installing Mailman or even
Majordomo on your mailserver (or an equivalent Windows program if Mailman
and Majordomo don't run on Windows). If this isn't possible, then see if
your webhost offers mailing list functions. Mine does.
