Creating a calendar rule

How do you create a calendar rule so that it initiates an Outlook email
message?

Do you mean that you want an appointment reminder to create a mail message?

You can't... but if the you use an older version, you could pop up a a
custom form, ready to be sent.

Increased security will affect the usefulness of this method and it is not
supported at all in 2007.
