Created new form...customizations won't stick!

Tom

I created a new journal form, published it, then change
the system default to use this form (formswap exec).
Since saving the form, my toolbar customizations no
longer "stick". I can make the changes, but they are gone
after Oulook is closed and restarted.

Is this a reg problem? Where should I look? Reload?

Toolbar customizations are unrelated to custom forms (unless you made them in CommandBars code in the form's script).

Sue,

Thanks so much for the feedback. It was comforting. May I pose a
second, final question? As background, I am modifying the standard
journaling form to allow me to include follow-up dates. The form works
fine and I am able to load it as the default. Unfortunately, when I send
an email to an address that is activated in through the journal Options
button, nothing is posted to the journal list. When I revert back to
the default form, then email journalling resumes. Calls, however, work
in both instances.

Could you give me a bit of direction?

Interesting. I've never investigated the possibility of such a side effect. Journaling email message always seemed a bit of an overkill to me, since the Activities view will show me the items anyway.
