Created form, "can't go to specified recored" after input

I just created a form and after I enter the first page of info. I cannot move
on to the next form to keep adding info. I don't know what I have done wrong.
Please help!
 
Hi Amanda

"Is there a second record". Not being silly, but if you only have 1 record
and try to go to the next you will not be able to. You need to create the
record 1st before there will be anything to go to.
