Create User Account

Running Windows XP Home and now I cannot create a valid user account. It
creates an account that shows up on the main login screen, but when selected
results in an error message and eventually defaults to a guest profile. Have
tried a new profile and deleting and recreating accounts...same result.

You need to quote the exact error message you see.

Go to help and support--type in the search box [create user account].
Choose [create a new user account].
