Create table with name is string's textbox

From Form, when i input name into textbox, then click OK. And new table will
be create with name which i input into textbox.
If i input name same name's table, that table will be open without replace.

It is VERY unusual, and generally a sign of a bad design, to need to create
new tables in the course of using an Access database.

Why do you feel that you need to create a new table? What will this table
contain? How will its fields be defined?
