Creat table

From Form, when i input name into textbox, then click OK. And new table will
be create with name which i input into textbox.
If i input name same name's table, that table will be open without replace.

It is a bit hard to understand your question, but I wonder if you are working
in a query that is a Make Table query. You may need to turn it into a
reagular select query to get this to stop happening.
