create spreadsheet where all changes can be stored

Good Afternoon,

I have a spreadsheet wherein I would like to keep log of all changes that
may be done since it was created.

Please advise process, or if I can get a template of it

You want a log of changes to what? One sheet? All sheets? I gather that
you want this log to be in another sheet, right? What information do you
want placed in this log? In what format (row/column)? HTH Otto
