r-click the OE entry on all programs list and direct the
short to the desktop. try drag/drop onto launch bar
next to start button for single click open.
Right click a blank spot on the desktop, select New, Shortcut and enter
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" Change the drive letter
above, if XP is not installed on C:
