create search form

How do you create a form that will search for items and display them in
datasheet view in a subform? I have a table that has lots of data regarding
orders. I want to be able to search via a PO number, Manufacture location
etc and the records populate in a subform.
 
So all I do is copy and paste this applet into my access database? How do I
edit it to work with my data?
 
How do I tie the subform to the main form so that when I search for the data
I need, it will populate in the subform?
 
There are instructions on the main form of the applet if you just open it.
You import the objects as noted on the form. Then, all you need to do is
clear out the sample data from qbf tables and create your own master
queries. These need to be saved with a name beginning with "<".
