create rule for another users mailbox

I need to create a rule for a mailbox that is not my
primary. The rule must forward all mail to several other
internal mailboxes.

I was able to create the rule by making the mailbox my
primary, logging into it, creating the rule.

The problem is another user will actually be maintaining
this mailbox, not me. How do I get the rule over to him
without having to walk him through the same process of
making the mailbox his primary, etc...?
